The signature dish, "Tamon's Pancakes (たもんのパンケーキ)," is made from rice flour milled from Koshihikari rice grown in Ishikawa Prefecture at their own factory. You can enjoy the unique chewy texture and rich aroma of the rice flour. You can also add carefully selected honey, cream, maple syrup, or Kanazawa Higashiyama honey on top. The menu offers other rich options, including seasonal special pancakes made with a variety of fresh fruits and pancakes made with local specialties like gold leaf and Kaga tea.
