The signature dish, "Tamon's Pancakes (たもんのパンケーキ)," is made from rice flour milled from Koshihikari rice grown in Ishikawa Prefecture at their own factory. You can enjoy the unique chewy texture and rich aroma of the rice flour. You can also add carefully selected honey, cream, maple syrup, or Kanazawa Higashiyama honey on top. The menu offers other rich options, including seasonal special pancakes made with a variety of fresh fruits and pancakes made with local specialties like gold leaf and Kaga tea. Additionally, during the lunch hours from 11 AM to 2 PM, they offer a popular "Roasted Noto Pork Lunch (能登豚のローストポークランチ)" featuring grilled Noto pork paired with a limited homemade sauce. Due to its popularity, it is recommended to arrive early as it may sell out quickly.
