The second store of the professional coffee roaster "COFFEA EXLIBRIS," located in Shimokitazawa, opened in 2015 as a roastery and café in Higashi-Fuchu. In addition to selling their own roasted coffee beans, the store offers coffee brewed by baristas, with 3 to 4 types of their own coffee beans available for tasting at any time. The store's procurement staff travels to coffee bean origins to carefully select the beans, which are then meticulously roasted in-store using the German brand PROBAT roaster. They use the Coffee Press extraction method, which does not filter out the coffee's aroma, allowing customers to fully appreciate the characteristics of the coffee beans. The coffee available for tasting in the café is priced between 600 to 1000 yen, and coffee beans can also be purchased in small quantities of 100 grams. The packaging includes a stencil illustration card designed by the stencil artist Miho Seki, based on the coffee bean's origin, making it a perfect gift choice. The store also sells glass cups and ceramic coffee mugs made by craft artists.
