Located in Yanagitsu Town, Gifu City, it is a large shopping center operated by the Toyota Group. Colorful Town Gifu features around 130 specialty stores and a cinema, offering a variety of products from fashion and groceries to dining and culture. Its biggest highlight is the "Auto Mall," which houses five new car dealerships from Toyota and Daihatsu all in one place. Each dealership is equipped with a maintenance workshop, allowing customers to have their vehicles inspected or serviced while shopping or watching a movie.
In July 2021, to commemorate its 20th anniversary, a large-scale renovation was carried out. The newly established "FOOD PARK" gathers takeout-focused food shops, and at its center is an activity space designed with a park concept called "COLORFUL PARK." Surrounding "COLORFUL PARK," there is a newly opened "MUJI," which has been transformed into the largest branch in the prefecture, along with the second branch of "Loft" in the prefecture, the coffee bookstore "TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE," sporting goods store "ABC-MART/ABC-MART SPORTS," and fashion retailer "GU," among others. It has developed into an increasingly rich and attractive shopping facility.
