From the JR Shin-Osaka Station, you can reach it directly from the Shinkansen Central Exit. It is conveniently located for travelers to shop before boarding the Shinkansen or during transfer times, and it has the largest sales area among several souvenir shops in the station. Inside the store, there are Western-style snacks, Japanese sweets, and a variety of desserts, as well as merchandise featuring iconic Osaka characters like 食倒太郎 (Shokutaro) and 比利肯先生 (Mr. Billiken), along with Kansai-exclusive and JR West Japan-exclusive products. The shelves are filled with unique local souvenirs that you won't find elsewhere. The store operates from 6:30 AM to 9:30 PM. There is also a large convenience store within the premises, selling essential daily items, groceries, and a variety of products including freshly brewed coffee and bento boxes.

Located outside the ticket gates of the incoming lines at Shin-Osaka Station, it is very convenient for transferring to the Shinkansen.
