🎨 Shopping Gallery
📝 Introduction
A complex facility located in front of Daikanyama Station, offering a refreshing lifestyle experience in a lush environment.
📖 Details
In October 2023, a multi-functional commercial facility opened in Daikanyama. The MAIN building, designed by world-renowned architect Kengo Kuma, resembles a stack of wooden boxes in various shapes, making it a visually striking architectural design. Not only does it feature abundant greenery outdoors, but the interior is also infused with rich plant life, creating a space that aligns with the theme of "Encountering a Circular Society" promoted by Forestgate.
Inside the "MAIN building," there are rental residences and shared offices, while the basement level to the second floor above ground hosts a variety of unique cafes and restaurants. These include a bakery that uses carefully selected flour and homemade natural yeast, a specialty coffee shop from California, and a chocolate shop that adheres to the Bean to Bar method (from cocoa bean to chocolate). Additionally, there are boutique stores, eyewear shops, and perfume stores, showcasing luxurious fashion brands and lifestyle shops unique to Daikanyama.
The two-story wooden "TENOHA building" houses a café that offers meals made from vegetables and herbs grown in the rooftop garden, a flower shop selling discarded floral materials (Loss Flower), an event space for markets and experiential activities, and even a library. Visitors can understand the meaning of "circular" through dining, shopping, and experiences.
