About Fuji Television Headquarters Building
One of the landmarks in Odaiba. An impressive architectural style and a striking spherical observation deck!
Details
The Fuji Television Headquarters building is a famous landmark in Odaiba, designed by the renowned Japanese architect Kenzo Tange. The building has a unique exterior style, with the most striking feature being the futuristic silver spherical structure. Although it serves as a television station office, some areas are open for public visits. Notably, the spherical observatory "HACHITAMA," which is a symbol of the building, offers a 270-degree panoramic view of Odaiba and Tokyo Bay. Visitors can also tour the studio used for recording morning news programs on the lower floors. Additionally, there is a gallery on the 5th floor displaying art sets, props, and other items, as well as shops on the 1st, 7th, and 25th floors selling various Fuji TV anime, dramas, and television program merchandise, including many exclusive items that can only be found here. In the evening, there is a lighting event called "AURORA∞," which is also one of the must-see night view spots in Odaiba.
