Claiming to use "almost every part" of the fugu, the restaurant offers a variety of rich dishes, including "fugu hot pot," "fugu sashimi," "fried fugu," "grilled fugu," "fugu fin sake," and "fugu collagen drink." Compared to ordering a la carte, most people opt for the set menu. The "Gen" set includes an appetizer (blanched fugu skin), fugu sashimi, fugu hot pot, zosui (rice soup), and dessert, all for 5,000 yen, making it a great value.
