When it comes to "Grill 一平," the most representative dish is the secret recipe sauce known as 多蜜醬 (Tamitsuyu). Following the recipe passed down through generations since its opening, it uses Awaji Island onions, carefully selected meats, and vegetables, simmered for five days. The sweet, sour, and rich flavors achieve a perfect balance, making it a perfect match for the signature "Philly Fried Steak." The "Omelette Rice" is also one of the popular dishes, featuring the delicious combination of the 多蜜醬 (Tamitsuyu) and the tomato sauce known as "Red Sauce," resulting in an exceptional flavor.
