The biggest highlight is the "Kabukicho Theater" located in the basement. The theater is equipped with the latest technology, including a large LED screen, and is themed around "enjoying traditional performing arts in a relaxed manner." The performances are divided into two categories: drama and dance, featuring spectacular shows by actors dressed in gorgeous traditional Japanese attire.
