The shop's specialty is the hand-made fine soba noodles, which have been loved since its opening. The soba, made without any binding agents, is incredibly delicate and smooth, providing a refreshing sensation the moment it goes down. Another popular dish is the "Braised Pork Belly" (滷三層肉), which features domestic pork belly slowly simmered to perfection, making it an excellent accompaniment to the soba noodles.
