The Hitachi Seaside Park, a sprawling public park covering approximately 215 hectares, is a large park area. Throughout the park, various flowers bloom in succession, making it a delight to visit year-round for flower viewing. For example, in spring, you can see daffodils, tulips, and cherry blossoms; early summer brings roses, while midsummer features cosmos and sunflowers; autumn showcases broom grass and Persian daisies, and in winter, you can find ice tulips and plum blossoms. A particularly recommended highlight is the breathtaking view of the cherry blossoms blooming in harmony with the blue sea and sky, which occurs from mid-April to early May each year. In the park's amusement area, "Happy Flower Garden," you can enjoy rides such as the giant Ferris wheel and roller coasters. Additionally, the park’s restaurants and shops are quite abundant, allowing visitors to have a full day of fun.
