Among its offerings, the soy sauce ramen, which uses locally sourced Fushimi soy sauce paired with a rich tonkotsu broth, is a favorite among locals and a source of pride for the shop. The noodles are made from a blend of various wheats, giving them a chewy, medium-thick texture that pairs perfectly with the clear broth.
