The Ikaho Toy, Doll, and Car Museum is a multi-themed complex museum that is selected every year as one of the "Top 100 Popular Tourist Attractions" by major travel agencies in Japan. The museum showcases toys from the early Showa era to the Heisei era (1920s to 1990s), including rare dolls such as the "Fukumatsu Ningyo," of which only nine remain in Japan, as well as nostalgic cars and a variety of other colorful exhibits, making it suitable for visitors of all ages. The museum is divided into numerous exhibition areas. In the "Car Museum," which displays many classic Japanese cars, visitors can see station wagons produced during the Showa era and sports cars that car enthusiasts dream of, along with valuable materials such as catalogs and price lists from that time. The "Showa Retro Park Snack Street" recreates the nostalgic streets of the Showa era. Shops filled with nostalgic charm, such as a small candy store and a post office, line the street, making visitors feel as if they have traveled back in time to the Showa period. There is also a section that perfectly recreates "Fujino Tofu Shop," the home of the protagonist Takumi Fujiwara from the popular manga "Initial D," making it a popular pilgrimage site for anime fans from around the world. In addition to these highlights, the museum features a total of eight themed areas, including the "Toy and Doll Museum," "Teddy Bear Museum," and "Squirrel Garden." Additionally, there is a café in the museum that offers homemade iced coffee and light meals, providing a place to rest during the visit. There is also a shop selling original products and nostalgic toys, which is definitely worth checking out.

(1) Drive for about 10 minutes from the Komayaki SMART interchange on the Kanetsu Expressway. (2) Take the Gunma Bus from JR "Shibukawa" Station heading to the "Mizusawa Ikaho Onsen Information Center" for about 20 minutes, and get off at "Uenohara" Station to reach your destination.
