🗺️ Kamo River Nakakai Sightseeing Boat加茂川・中海遊覧船

Starting from the Tenjin Bridge near the white-walled earthen storehouse, we pass through the bustling Yonago Old Street, known for its merchant district, and then board a sightseeing boat on the Chūkai Sea. While enjoying the charming scenery of the old street, we drift downstream along the Kamo River, and after reaching the Chūkai Sea, we can gaze at Minatoyama Park and the ruins of Yonago Castle. The 50-minute boat trip takes us under the Fukaura Bridge along the new Kamo River, and we turn back after reaching the Sculptor's Path. The entire journey progresses leisurely and rhythmically with the sea breeze, especially thrilling when we bend down to pass under the bridge spanning the Kamo River. The sightseeing boat only accepts reservations in advance, and from May to early October, there are sunset boat trips available on pleasant evenings. From December to March, operations are generally suspended, but they may run if the weather is good. It’s a great opportunity to relax and enjoy this time while listening to the captain's commentary.

You can enjoy the scenery of both the old street and the seaside at the same time. It feels thrilling to bend down and pass under the bridge that spans the Kamo River. From May to early October, there are sunset boat tours on clear evenings. Since the maximum number of passengers is 10, it's best to make a reservation in advance.
