The Kashima Soccer Museum, located in the southeastern part of Ibaraki Prefecture in Kashima City, introduces the history of the Kashima Antlers professional football team, which is based in the nearby area. The home stadium of the Kashima football team, Ibaraki Prefectural Kashima Soccer Stadium, is also situated within the museum. Upon entering the hall, visitors are struck by the numerous "famous quotes" adorning the walls on both sides of the corridor. These quotes are from former Kashima players and the current technical director of the team, Zico. From the phrase known as Zico Spirits, "Dedication, Sincerity, Respect," one can experience Mr. Zico's passion and the worldview of the team. In the main hall of the museum, visitors can see championship flags, trophies, and cleats of legendary players up close. Additionally, a large number of photo panels showcasing the players who have contributed to the glorious history of the Antlers are displayed in an easy-to-understand chronological manner. Furthermore, the museum employs sensor and projection technology to provide an immersive next-generation experience with competitive games, creating an exciting space for football fans.

The museum is located next to Kashima Soccer Stadium, making it convenient to visit during home games. It was renovated and reopened in 2019 to celebrate its 15th anniversary. The exhibits feature background stories and prioritize entertaining experiential games, allowing both adults and children, whether newcomers or experienced players, to fully enjoy this space. In addition to soccer, the experiential games include activities like brick-breaking, rhythm games, and puzzles, all utilizing a large screen.
