We carefully select high-quality coffee beans from around the world that meet strict quality standards, and roast them meticulously over charcoal to enhance their rich flavors. The coffee beans are ground fresh upon ordering, and brewed by staff who hold a certification of level two or higher as coffee instructors, resulting in exceptional flavor and texture. In addition to the perfectly balanced "Special Blend" with its bitterness and acidity, we also offer various single-origin beans such as "Brazil Santos" and "Blue Mountain No. 1." Refills are available for just 300 yen, making it a great value. Don't miss out on our rich-flavored desserts like "Chocolate Cake" and "Cheesecake," which pair perfectly with coffee.
