About Kyuukamura Nyuto Onsen-kyo (Kyuukamura Nyuto Hot Spring Village)

Experience history and exceptional hot spring quality at the most modern "Kyuukamura Nippo Onsen" in the Nippo Onsen Village.

Details

Kikuhōzan Nyūtō Onsenkyo is the most modern accommodation in the Nyūtō Onsen area, which features seven lodgings and seven types of hot springs. After recent renovations, it has become a very convenient hot spring facility within this historic onsen town. There are two types of hot springs available. "Nyūtō no Yu" is a tea-colored, slightly cloudy bicarbonate spring, said to be effective for cuts and burns; "Tazawako Kōgen no Yu" is a milky white, high-temperature sulfur spring, reputed to effectively improve conditions like high blood pressure and arteriosclerosis. Guests can enjoy the natural hot springs flowing from both sources, choosing based on mineral content, temperature, or personal preference. Additionally, when soaking in the outdoor bath surrounded by beech forests, visitors can appreciate the dazzling new greens of spring and summer, as well as the beautiful autumn foliage when the mountains are ablaze with color. In winter, guests can enjoy the unique "Yukimi Bath" (snow-viewing bath) of the snow country. The contrast between the warm hot spring and the cold winter air creates an addictive experience. Furthermore, the facility also offers accommodations, making it worthwhile to stay overnight and relax leisurely in the hot springs.
