LECT is a shopping center located in the Nishi Ward of Hiroshima City. The operational philosophy of the facility is to strive to create a place that people "want to visit every day and will find reasons to go to every day." Inside, there are about 150 shops that cater to various needs such as "knowledge, food, and living," making customers feel that LECT is a comfortable third space besides home and work. LECT has three main shopping areas. The first is the "you me Food Hall," which sells seasonal ingredients unique to Hiroshima; the second is "Hiroshima T-SITE," a cultural complex featuring Tsutaya Bookstore and several interconnected shops; and the third is "CAINZ," a home center that sells a variety of popular original products. Additionally, there are trendy fashion stores, restaurants with diverse flavors, and facilities that provide various services.

It can meet all the needs of daily life, with everything from daily necessities to gifts available. Various events are held throughout the year, 365 days a year, all of which are free to participate in. There are many restaurants operated by local businesses, offering a more complete range of shops than other shopping malls.
