At this restaurant, you can enjoy various fish dishes, such as the red sea bream set meal made with thick slices of chewy red sea bream sashimi. Additionally, there is a miso soup made with kelp sprouts that grow in the turbulent waters of the Naruto Strait, prepared using fish heads, tails, and bones to create a rich broth, a unique delicacy of the local fishing port.
