On April 25, 2022, a large-scale complex commercial facility officially opened at the former site of the Fukuoka City Hakata Fruit Market. This is Kyushu's first "LaLaport," featuring approximately 220 stores, including several brands that are making their debut in Kyushu. Here, you can find shops selling handmade crafts from Fukuoka and Kyushu, as well as various stores filled with locally sourced vegetables, meats, and fresh fish, creating a market-like atmosphere with a wide variety of products. Notably, the largest dining area in Kyushu, "GRAND DINING," consists of a food court with 1,450 seats and a restaurant area bustling with dining options. In addition, the facility includes nine uniquely themed parks, some of which feature indoor facilities. Among them, "Oval Park," covering an area of approximately 4,000 square meters, is equipped with a water fountain plaza and playground equipment, making it a perfect entertainment spot for families. There is also "Sport Park," which has a 200-meter athletic track and tennis courts, and "Agri Park," where visitors can enjoy barbecues and farm experiences, along with many other attractions where one can spend an entire day.

It is the first "LaLaport" in Kyushu, featuring many stores that are opening for the first time in the region. It is about a 9-minute walk from JR "Take-shita" Station, and there are multiple bus routes that pass by, making transportation convenient. With 9 outdoor parks, it combines shopping and leisure, making it a great place for strolling and relaxation.
