With the management philosophy of "mothers wanting their children to eat nutritious meals," the signature dish is the "Cojica special stewed hamburger made with Yamato beef and Yamato pork." The tender handmade hamburger patty is enjoyed with a rich special demi-glace sauce, and you can choose to pair it with chewy black rice or bread, along with a variety of side dishes including salad and soup. The most delightful part is that it also comes with a cake (or savory tart). The restaurant's desserts also present a dilemma of choice, with a special recommendation for the soft "pancakes" (including a drink).
