Shibuya STREAM (渋谷ストリーム) is a large mixed-use facility that was developed by redeveloping the southern platform and tracks of the former Tokyu Toyoko Line Shibuya Station and the surrounding Shibuya River area. It officially opened in 2018. This high-rise building, which has 35 above-ground floors and 4 underground levels, houses office spaces as well as various restaurants and commercial facilities. The upper floors are primarily designated for office use, while the lower floors feature a hotel, multipurpose event hall, fitness areas, and various shops and dining options. Adjacent to the first floor is the Shibuya River, which is lined with two plazas and a 600-meter-long waterfront promenade called "Shibuya River Walk" (渋谷川遊歩道), making it an ideal spot for dates and leisurely strolls.
