This 11-story building houses shops, cafes, restaurants, as well as bars, salons, and auditorium halls, making it suitable for hosting various events. The "Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Salon & Cafe" is located on the third floor of this building. Renovated in 2019, the interior of the cafe features the same brick tiles as the exterior, paired with pink decor, creating a gentle atmosphere and a relaxed space. The "Ice Cream Float" with vanilla ice cream floating on soda still retains the flavor from its establishment in 1902, with the soda and ice cream recipes unchanged, preserving the taste of that era. In addition to the long-standing lemon and orange flavors, seasonal fruit flavors have also been introduced. The colorful and sparkling fruit sundae, the adorable "Strawberry Sandwich" showing off its white and red layers, along with carefully designed monthly desserts, are all part of a menu that looks exciting just by looking at it.
