About Spark

A Japanese restaurant known for its unique dishes created with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Details

Located in Jiyugaoka, this Japanese cuisine restaurant is known for its concept of "tasting seasonal ingredients with all five senses," using fresh seasonal fish and organic vegetables purchased from the market on the same day to create exquisite dishes. In addition to traditional Japanese cuisine, the restaurant offers a variety of dishes that have been continuously researched and created to surpass specialty stores. The highlight of the lunch menu is the exquisite ramen, made with a chicken and seafood broth simmered for over eight hours, along with three types of personal hot pots and rich set meals featuring homemade Saikyo-yaki. The popular Matsukado bento is beautifully presented and offers delicate and delicious flavors, requiring advance reservations. For dinner, there are freshly made clay pot rice, smoked dishes, and a chef's special course (reservation required) available after ordering. Guests can also choose from a selection of sake, shochu, and wine to pair with their meals.
