About Togoshi Ginza Onsen
Known as the "Beauty Hot Spring," Qiantang is deeply loved by the local community and features a black hot spring.
Details
Hidden in the alleys south of the central area of the Uchikoshi Ginza shopping street is a public bath featuring black hot springs. The so-called "black hot spring" is more common in the Kanto region, characterized by its black or dark brown water. In addition to alleviating neuralgia, arthritis, and fatigue, it also has warming and moisturizing effects, leaving the skin hydrated and smooth after soaking, which has received high praise.
The facility has two uniquely themed baths. The modern-style "Tsuki no Yu" (月の湯) with a black color scheme, and the bright and open "Hi no Yu" (陽の湯). Each bath is equipped with black hot spring water, and "Tsuki no Yu" and "Hi no Yu" alternate as the men's and women's baths daily, making it exciting to discover which bath will be available on the day of your visit.
There is also a "Bare Essentials Set" (両手空空セット) available for 100 yen, which includes towels and shampoo, allowing visitors to enjoy the hot spring experience without needing to bring anything after strolling around the shopping street.
