Tsuruya Yoshinobu is a traditional wagashi shop founded in 1803 in Kyoto. Its signature confection is the yōbō (柚餅), a fresh sweet filled with the flavor of yuzu, and it is also one of the representative brands of Japanese wagashi. At this branch in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, you can watch the process of making yōbō at the counter and then enjoy it with matcha. There’s a unique charm in savoring wagashi made right in front of you.
