One of the charms of this establishment is the ability to relax and enjoy a variety of delicious dishes made from seasonal Shinshu ingredients. Lunch primarily features set meals, while dinner recommends à la carte dishes paired with fine wines. The popular "Shinshu Colorful Feast" includes about eight dishes featuring Shinshu salmon and mushrooms, allowing guests to sample a wide variety of flavors in small portions. The menu changes with the seasons, so guests can fully enjoy the rich seasonal ingredients. Additionally, there are creative Shinshu local dishes such as the hearty "Miso Mountain Bandit Grilled Chicken Set Meal," which features large pieces of chicken deep-fried.
