Both lunch and dinner feature a course menu that combines Kyoto cuisine with French influences. Using carefully selected seasonal ingredients, the multi-course meals change monthly based on a thematic story, perfectly embodying the concept of "tasting with all five senses." This has attracted many repeat customers who travel from afar. The aromas extracted from lavender, rose, lemon, and other ingredients, paired with wine or water, create a "flavor pairing" that enhances the dining experience, generating enthusiastic responses.
