Established in 1895, this long-standing restaurant has been beloved by local residents and tourists for over 130 years. The signature sukiyaki features carefully selected Matsusaka beef from various regions in Japan, chosen by experts with a discerning eye. The restaurant is an authorized Kobe beef establishment, using Kobe beef sourced from two contracted farms in Hyogo Prefecture. The vegetables essential to the sukiyaki are also meticulously selected, including the renowned Senju green onions, known as the "best of the best," and thick, aromatic shiitake mushrooms that rival the flavor of the sauce. The menu is rich with other offerings, including limited lunch specials such as "Centennial Gyudon," "Meiji Sukiyaki Don," and "Steak Don," each limited to 20 servings. The main menu features premium marbled beef, renowned breeds, and specially selected beef tenderloin in set meals and kaiseki cuisine, as well as the "Special Three-Variety Sukiyaki/Shabu-Shabu Set" that includes three types of black-haired wagyu, all highly recommended dishes to try.
