During renovations in 2000, great efforts were made to preserve the original appearance of the building. The lighting and decorations have also been maintained, creating a nostalgic atmosphere throughout. The café offers a variety of dishes made from organic vegetables, fermented foods, and ingredients that are beneficial for both body and mind while being environmentally friendly. The recommended dish is the "Beautiful Intestine Lunch," which helps adjust intestinal health, featuring a mild flavor and changing menu items weekly. The "Happiness Pudding" is made with eggs from chickens raised on pesticide-free feed, while the "Fresh Cheese Cake" is rich in the flavor of Setouchi lemons cultivated with low pesticide use, both serving as delightful treats to reward oneself.
