It sources seasonal coffee beans from around the world, aiming for customers to experience the unique characteristics of each coffee bean, primarily offering single-origin coffee. The coffee beans are carefully selected by buyers who personally visit the farms, ensuring the fullest flavor is presented. Therefore, every aspect, including the roasting time, temperature, and the number of days from roasting to serving, is meticulously adjusted. The coffee extraction methods include pour-over, espresso, siphon, and cloth filter pour-over, allowing customers to choose according to their preferences. In addition, the desserts developed by the consulting team of Yuichi Goto and Kazunari Nakamura, known as Tangentes, have also garnered significant attention. With offerings like sundaes and dessert tarts made with seasonal fruits, there are many treats that can only be tasted here. All desserts are handmade in-house and are not only delicious but also beautifully presented, receiving high praise. The full-service experience, where customers place orders at the table and staff deliver drinks or food, is also a first for Blue Bottle.
