Chiba Prefectural Makuhari Seaside Park is located in the central area of Makuhari New City and is themed as a "green and seaside urban park," consisting of seven blocks from A to G. The park features large lawn squares, Japan's largest flower clock, a Japanese garden, and a tea house, among other facilities. In one corner of the large lawn square, there is a "flower clock" woven from fresh flowers, which serves as a symbol of the park. Various seasonal flowers bloom throughout the year, changing with the seasons. There is also a health playground and a mischievous playground with equipment for playing on a Tarzan rope and climbing nets, making it an excellent place for family outings. The park's main attraction, "Mihama-en," is a pond-style garden covering approximately 16,000 square meters. Centered around a pond, it features garden paths that allow visitors to enjoy the changing scenery with the seasons. Colorful koi fish swim in the pond, which can be both admired and fed. The tea house "Shourai-tei" has a seating area where visitors can experience the tea ceremony while sitting on chairs, and it offers seasonal sweets and matcha sets, allowing guests to experience traditional Japanese culture in an authentic tea house setting.

In addition to the large lawn square and playground, the park also features a charming Japanese garden. The Japanese garden "Mihama-en" frequently hosts cultural exchange events where visitors can experience Japanese culture, such as guzheng concerts, garden culture lectures, and tea ceremony etiquette workshops. Adjacent to "Makuhari Seaside," it’s a great place to take a stroll on the beach. Located in the central area of Makuhari New City, it has convenient transportation. The park's barbecue area near the station provides facilities, barbecue equipment, ingredients, and beverages.
