They exclusively use the legs of the red snow crab "Kasumi Crab," freshly caught at Kasumi Port in Hyogo Prefecture, which offers a chewy texture and rich sweetness. During the crab fishing ban in July and August, they switch to crabs sourced from the Hokuriku region. In addition to sushi, they also serve soba and udon topped with crab, as well as "Crab Donburi," which features crab meat served over rice with a broth made from crab roe mixed with egg. Beyond crab dishes, the udon and soba are made with a delicious broth that has been maintained since the shop's establishment. There is also a wide variety of other menu options including donburi and sushi. The family-run establishment exudes a homely atmosphere, making it a great place to dine before or after visiting Kinosaki Onsen.
