Nikko Edo Wonderland is a theme park where you can personally experience the history and culture of the Edo period. Within its vast grounds, it realistically recreates the streets, inns, shopping districts, ninja villages, and samurai residences of the Edo era. At the "Transformation Station," you can experience becoming a ninja, samurai, or wealthy merchant from the Edo period, and there are many other hands-on activities available. Here, you can engage in Edo period job experiences (limited to children), samurai training, and activities like grill-roasting senbei (rice crackers) to truly feel the history and daily life of the Edo period. Additionally, Edo Wonderland features several theaters where you can enjoy ninja action plays, comedic performances, and precious traditional Edo arts. The dining options are quite appealing, offering a variety of traditional foods that have been passed down since the Edo period.

Are there wheelchairs or strollers?

For wheelchair rentals: Please complete the registration and rental procedures at the Honmaru (office) in front of the entrance gate. A deposit of 1,000 yen is required, which will be fully refunded upon return. For stroller rentals: Please complete the registration and rental procedures at the Honmaru (office) in front of the entrance gate. The cost is 200 yen per day.

Is there a smoking area?

Smoking areas are set up at one location near the entrance and one within the village. Smoking is prohibited in all areas except for the designated smoking zones. Please refer to the village map for locations.
