Fuji Safari Park is the largest wildlife park in Japan, located at the foot of Mount Fuji, at an elevation of 850 meters. Here, you can see large wild animals such as lions, giraffes, elephants, and bears. The park has two main areas: the "Wildlife Area" and the "Interactive Area." The "Wildlife Area" offers two types of tours: a vehicle tour and a walking tour. During the vehicle tour, you can use your own car or ride in a "Navigation Car" equipped with a touchscreen tablet, a "Jungle Bus" with wire mesh windows instead of glass, or a "Super Jungle Bus" with a wire mesh roof, taking a 50 to 60-minute tour around the wildlife area. Along the way, you can observe wild animals up close, clearly seeing their faces, tongues, and claws, and even hear their breathing, making the entire experience both a little scary and super exciting. The walking tour offers two options. One is the "Wildlife Observation Walking Tour," where you walk along a natural trail around the perimeter of the wildlife area while observing the animals. The other is the "Adventure Tour," where you follow a guide to feed the animals while touring the wildlife area. Both options allow you to enjoy a forest bath while observing the daily lives of wild animals, spending a fun time in the fresh air of nature. Additionally, the "Interactive Area" features an "Interactive Farm" where you can have close encounters with adorable animals like kangaroos, capybaras, ponies, and red pandas, as well as an "Animal Village" where you can see rare animals such as leopards, hippos, squirrel monkeys, and porcupines, making it a great place for family outings.
