From slicing, sprinkling salt, marinating, to aging, the entire process is meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans, making the beef tongue a unique delicacy exclusive to Zenjirō. The menu offers a variety of options, from their signature beef tongue set meal to set meals paired with assorted seafood, noodles, and à la carte dishes. In addition to beef tongue, they also offer a rich selection of local Miyagi sake and a popular original dish called "Namiyaki Chikuyaki," which features Sendai's famous bamboo leaf fish grilled on a tabletop grill.
