The restaurant, which has a deep understanding of Hakata flavors, uses 100% Japanese beef intestines as the main ingredient for the Gyuzan Nabe and includes rare cuts of beef offal simmered in the pot, allowing guests to enjoy the delicious meat juices and a chewy texture. In addition to Gyuzan Nabe, there are many local delicacies from Kyushu available. Here, you can fully indulge in the deliciousness of Kyushu's regional cuisine.
