Hida beef is characterized by its abundant marbling, resulting in tender meat with sweet, rich fat. The highest grade cuts commonly used for steaks, such as sirloin and tenderloin, as well as the flavorful and tender brisket, are available as individual orders, allowing customers to enjoy different cuts and textures. Additionally, there is a wide variety of set meal options that include rice and miso soup. The self-grilled sirloin set and the premium tenderloin set paired with rice provide a satisfying experience. There are also various budget-friendly dishes like grilled beef bowls and hamburger steak meals.
The restaurant features traditional Japanese seating with sunken kotatsu tables, accommodating up to six people. The counter seats, where customers can easily chat with the owner, are also highly recommended.
