📖 Details

INODA Coffee Main Store is a long-established café that was founded in 1940. In a tranquil space adorned with classical lighting and chairs within a Machiya-style building, guests can enjoy coffee and light meals that the old shop has consistently upheld. The signature special blend coffee, "Arabian Pearl," has been offered since its inception; it is a deep-roasted blend based on mocha coffee, featuring a balanced aroma, richness, and acidity. INODA's style involves serving hot coffee with fresh milk and sugar added for guests (black coffee is also available upon request). Customers can also purchase their favorite coffee beans in the shop. INODA Coffee's breakfast quality is exceptionally high, frequently ranking among the popular breakfast spots in Kyoto. The café opens at 7 AM, allowing visitors to enjoy a hearty meal before exploring Kyoto. The signature menu item is called "Kyoto Breakfast," which includes scrambled eggs with ham, salad, croissants, and more, all served in generous portions. Additionally, each INODA Coffee branch offers a limited menu, and the main store features the "German Sausage Combo," made using traditional German methods, as well as the "Meat Pie Set," which pairs delicious meat with original sauces. There is also a rich variety of other dishes available, such as sandwiches, pasta, and cakes.
