Its elegant sweetness, rich meat juices, and tender texture are truly exceptional. The signature "Collagen Shabu-Shabu" uses a special broth simmered for 9 hours from pork bones, rich in collagen, allowing diners to enjoy both the loin and belly cuts of "Pineapple Pig Pure," making it a great value.
