The Kanemori Red Brick Warehouses consist of four warehouses and are a landmark in the Hakodate Bay area. Lined up in a row, the red brick warehouses are a romantic spot that is loved by locals, tourists, and couples alike. The four warehouses are named "BAY HAKODATE," "Kanemori Western Goods Museum," "Hakodate History Square," and "Kanemori Hall," each featuring its own unique style. "BAY HAKODATE" houses lifestyle goods and cafes, and it also includes a rare facility that is a church. The "Kanemori Western Goods Museum" has the most shops among the four warehouses, making it perfect for travelers focused on shopping. "Hakodate History Square" gathers several dining establishments, with the most popular being the "Hakodate Beer Hall," where you can taste exclusive beers. After winter sets in, the "Hakodate Christmas Dream Festival" held in front of the warehouses is also worth seeing. A giant Christmas tree floating on the sea lights up, allowing visitors to appreciate the beautiful appearance of the red brick warehouses, which is completely different from usual.
