Here, you can enjoy desserts made from high-quality 大納言紅豆 (Dainagon red beans) from 能登 (Noto), known as "red jewels." The best-selling item is the matcha "Sweet Tart" (495 yen), which features a rich custard cream sauce combined with Noto Dainagon red beans and four types of beans, creating an elegant and sophisticated texture. The "Cake Roll" (440 yen) uses only lightly sweetened fresh cream paired with Noto Dainagon red beans, allowing the natural flavors of the ingredients to shine. Of course, you can't miss the "Red Bean Soup" (715 yen), which includes chewy shiratama (glutinous rice dumplings) among other Japanese sweets. They also offer about ten types of Western and Japanese desserts, which is a major highlight. Additionally, there is a shop attached that sells Kintsuba and other souvenirs, allowing you to shop for treats after enjoying your desserts.
