The signature dish "鶏Chan" features chicken marinated in a base of soy sauce or miso, with added garlic and ginger, and then grilled. Another unique aspect is that diners can grill the prepared ingredients themselves on a table-top "Genghis Khan" grill. The ingredients are simple, consisting only of chicken and cabbage, but the portions are quite generous. The garlic-infused soy sauce base makes the sauce incredibly delicious, and although it looks like a lot, you might find yourself finishing the entire plate without realizing it. The rich flavor pairs well not only with rice but also with beer.
