🗺️ Maruyama Park (Sapporo)

Located on the north side of the Maruyama Primitive Forest, Maruyama (円山) Park has been a famous cherry blossom viewing spot since ancient times. The park is home to about 120 cherry trees, including Ezo Yamazakura and Somei Yoshino, attracting many flower viewers in spring, making the park very lively. The park features a cedar forest and giant camphor trees, making it ideal for observing squirrels, wildflowers, and birds. Additionally, in mid-October each year, trees such as camphor and mountain maple showcase their most beautiful autumn colors. When visiting popular tourist spots like Maruyama Zoo and Hokkaido Shrine, taking a stroll in Maruyama Park is highly recommended.

Limited to the cherry blossom blooming season, we offer a special rental service for barbecue grills for flower viewing. Every year, mid-October marks the best viewing period for trees such as 桂樹 (katsura) and 山楓 (maple). It is located close to popular tourist attractions like 円山動物園 (Maruyama Zoo) and 北海道神宮 (Hokkaido Shrine). It takes about a 5-minute walk from Sapporo City Subway Tozai Line's 円山公園駅 (Maruyama Park Station), making it very convenient for transportation.
