With the philosophy of "allowing customers to taste affordable and delicious gyoza," the restaurant only offers two types of dishes: pan-fried gyoza and clear soup gyoza. They do not serve white rice or beer, which has instead garnered the trust of local residents, resulting in a continuous line of customers waiting to dine.
The thin skin wraps a filling that contains a generous amount of cabbage, green onions, and chives, complemented by a refreshing taste enhanced with ginger. The restaurant insists on using only domestically sourced ingredients for both meat and vegetables. The pan-fried gyoza features a golden, crispy skin as thin as feathers, highlighting the crunchy texture of the vegetables.
