With the philosophy of "allowing customers to taste affordable and delicious gyoza," the restaurant only offers two types of dishes: pan-fried gyoza and clear soup gyoza. They do not serve white rice or beer, which has instead garnered the trust of local residents, resulting in a continuous line of customers waiting to dine. The thin skin wraps a filling that contains a generous amount of cabbage, green onions, and chives, complemented by a refreshing taste enhanced with ginger. The restaurant insists on using only domestically sourced ingredients for both meat and vegetables. The pan-fried gyoza features a golden, crispy skin as thin as feathers, highlighting the crunchy texture of the vegetables. The clear soup gyoza is enjoyed by adding the special chili oil, vinegar, and soy sauce according to personal preference directly into the soup. The gyoza are on the smaller side, so it is recommended to order one portion of both the pan-fried and clear soup gyoza to compare the different flavors.
