🍜 Morihiko Coffee Main Store

📝 Introduction

Morihiko, the pioneer of Hokkaido's coffee culture. It all started in a small wooden house tucked away in a quiet alley.

📖 Details

"MORIHICO.(森彦)" is not only very popular in Sapporo but throughout Hokkaido as well. The original MORIHICO store, which opened in 1996, is a small wooden house located in an alley. In spring, you can see crocuses; in summer, ivy; in autumn, wild grapes; and in winter, snowflakes—these seasonal changes can be enjoyed while savoring coffee. The coffee beans are carefully roasted in their own factory, resulting in a deep roast that is rich and sweet, which is a hallmark of MORIHICO coffee. Drinking MORIHICO coffee in a renovated old house built in 1952, with a high ceiling and a warm wooden atmosphere, is truly a supreme happiness. At MORIHICO, you can also enjoy the limited edition "森之雫" (Mori no Shizuku). This special medium-dark roast coffee is based on MORIHICO.'s original mocha, featuring a slight acidity along with deep bitterness and sweetness. Although it is a limited item, it is currently available for purchase on the official online store.
