"MORIHICO.（森彦）" is not only very popular in Sapporo but throughout Hokkaido as well. The original MORIHICO store, which opened in 1996, is a small wooden house located in an alley. In spring, you can see crocuses; in summer, ivy; in autumn, wild grapes; and in winter, snowflakes—these seasonal changes can be enjoyed while savoring coffee. The coffee beans are carefully roasted in their own factory, resulting in a deep roast that is rich and sweet, which is a hallmark of MORIHICO coffee. Drinking MORIHICO coffee in a renovated old house built in 1952, with a high ceiling and a warm wooden atmosphere, is truly a supreme happiness. At MORIHICO, you can also enjoy the limited edition "森之雫" (Mori no Shizuku). This special medium-dark roast coffee is based on MORIHICO.'s original mocha, featuring a slight acidity along with deep bitterness and sweetness. Although it is a limited item, it is currently available for purchase on the official online store.

In 1966, a wooden house in a quiet alley opened its doors, leading the coffee culture in Sapporo. Within the warm wooden atmosphere of this old folk house, you can enjoy uniquely roasted dark coffee. At this establishment, you can also taste a limited item called "Mori no Shizuku" in addition to the regular menu.
