Nagano's Children's Ninja Village (チビッコ忍者村) is located within the Togakushi Forest, surrounded by nature, and is a ninja-themed amusement park. The park features three training routes equipped with various facilities that simulate ninja training: "Forest of Training," "Ninja Village," and "Hidden Village." Along the way, there are suspension bridges, tree climbing, and challenging athletic equipment made of ropes, wires, and logs. Visitors can mimic ninjas as they overcome various obstacles and hone their ninja skills. The Children's Ninja Village also includes a ninja play area. There is a large slide where you can sit on a wheeled sled and slide down in one go, as well as experiences for throwing shurikens, darts, and blowguns, which are common ninja weapons. Additionally, there are exciting ninja performance shows. The "Kagero Clan," a ninja team trained for many years based on the Togakushi style of ninjutsu, performs various ninja techniques for visitors. You can watch the ninjas' profound skills up close, which is especially thrilling for children. The park offers a rental service for ninja costumes, with rental fees of 400 yen for children and 800 yen for adults (available in red, black, blue, and pink). It is recommended to transform into a ninja beforehand to fully experience the mysterious world of ninjas.
