🗺️ Namco Namjatown

📝 Introduction

"NYAMJATOWN" has been added! It is an indoor theme park operated by BANDAI NAMCO AMUSEMENT.

📖 Details

NAMJATOWN is operated by BANDAI NAMCO AMUSEMENT and opened in October 1996 in Ikebukuro Sunshine City. It is an indoor theme park that spans two floors and consists of four districts. The first district is "Hugood! District," which features various indoor sports facilities and salons, frequently hosting various collaborative events. The second district is "Dokkingham Square," which includes "Asobi Road," a street for game artisans, and the beloved "Unizone Garden" of the Happy Bluebird. The third district recreates the streetscape of Japan's Showa era in the "Fukubukuro 7-chome Shopping Street," where visitors can enjoy dumplings from all over the country at the "NAMJA Dumpling Arena," as well as various delicacies at "Fukubukuro Dessert Alley." The fourth district is designed with the concept of streets occupied by yokai, called "Yokai Annex." In October 2021, "NYAMJATOWN" opened, allowing visitors to interact closely with cats. In this area, which houses around 30 resident cats, guests can observe, touch, and photograph the cats. During snack time, visitors can purchase treats sold in "NYAMJATOWN" to feed the cats and enjoy a relaxing and healing time with them. Additionally, be sure not to miss the "Capsule Toy Store" (Gachapon Toy Department Ikebukuro Main Store) located next to NAMJATOWN.
