🗺️ Naminoue Sake Brewery浪乃音酒造

Upholding the philosophy of "tasting and relaxing," the small brewery "Naminoue Sake Brewery" has dedicated itself to sake brewing for many years. Founded in the 2nd year of the Bunka era (1805), it is a long-established sake brewery with over 200 years of brewing history located in the southwestern region of Lake Biwa. Its signature brands include the representative "Naminoue Daiginjo" known as "Kanai Taiichiryu," and the "Naminoue Junmai Daiginjo" called "Kotsubo Shinshu," which uses 100% rare sake rice "Aiyama," along with the Eetokodori (ええとこどり) series that utilizes Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, offering a variety of seasonal products with elegant and mild flavors. Most products are available for online purchase, but some limited items are only sold in-store. Notably, on the fourth Friday and Saturday of each month, an event called "Weight Selling" is held from 1 PM to 4 PM. Different types of sake are sold each time, including seasonal products and specially selected brands from the brewery and the toji (master brewer). Additionally, some months feature limited products like nigori sake and special events that wine enthusiasts should not miss.

Established in the 2nd year of the Bunka era (1805), this long-standing sake brewery adheres to the philosophy of "relaxing through tasting." For many years, it has dedicated itself to the craft of brewing. The Ran no Oto series and Eetokodori series offer elegantly smooth sake. A popular event featuring weight-based sales is held on the fourth Friday and Saturday of each month.
