The lineup of sake brands changes every month, and the menu provides detailed descriptions of each type of sake, making it easier for first-time sake drinkers to choose. In addition to sake and beer, there are also original drinks like "Jinja Bai" (神社拜) (450 yen), which contains a generous amount of grated ginger. The owner, who originally worked as a chef in a French restaurant, prepares a variety of small dishes, allowing solo diners and female customers to enjoy a range of flavors. Recommended dishes include "Clam and Young Ginger Tempura" (蛤蠣嫩薑天婦羅) (300 yen) and "Mackerel with Mushroom Sauce" (鯖魚蘑菇醬) (350 yen), which offer a blend of Japanese and Western flavors. There are also many options featuring local vegetables from Fuchu, such as "Cream Sauce Grilled Fuchu Shiitake and King Oyster Mushrooms" (奶油醬燒府中香菇杏鮑菇) (280 yen).
