A standing bar located next to "Ōkunitama Shrine." Operated by the sake retailer "Shimenouchi," this standing bar offers a selection of sake sourced from various regions in Japan, along with small dishes made from local ingredients that pair well with the drinks.
The lineup of sake brands changes every month, and the menu provides detailed descriptions of each type of sake, making it easier for first-time sake drinkers to choose. In addition to sake and beer, there are also original drinks like "Jinja Bai" (神社拜) (450 yen), which contains a generous amount of grated ginger.
The owner, who originally worked as a chef in a French restaurant, prepares a variety of small dishes, allowing solo diners and female customers to enjoy a range of flavors. Recommended dishes include "Clam and Young Ginger Tempura" (蛤蠣嫩薑天婦羅) (300 yen) and "Mackerel with Mushroom Sauce" (鯖魚蘑菇醬) (350 yen), which offer a blend of Japanese and Western flavors. There are also many options featuring local vegetables from Fuchu, such as "Cream Sauce Grilled Fuchu Shiitake and King Oyster Mushrooms" (奶油醬燒府中香菇杏鮑菇) (280 yen).
